(10 things you should know)


  1. When will my merchandise be available?
    The first round of deliveries to the club will be during the week of the start of the season. 

  2. Where and when can I collect it?
    From The Roos Store, inside the clubrooms. Specific times and dates will be shared as to the first batch of deliveries. Subsequently, the Roos Store will be open when volunteers are available - ie, selected training nights and game days. Opening times will be published in each edition of ROOS NEWS. Buyers will also be informed by email once an order is ready for collection.

  3. Can I buy direct from the Roos Store inside the clubrooms?
    This is an online service. While a small section of excess items may be available at the clubrooms, always order online to avoid disappointment.

  4. What if I buy the wrong size?
    Sorry, no refunds are given. Sizing charts are on the purchase pages and you can view samples at the club store. Exchanges might be possible if excess stock is available, but all tags and packing must be presented and an exchange will be at the discretion of the store volunteers. 

  5.  Do you give refunds?
    Only in the unlikely event of a design fault.

  6. Who runs The Roos Store?
    The online Roos Store was created by the club president in 2022 and is run by a volunteer merchandise manager and her valued assistants! 

  7. Where do the profits go?
    100 per cent of profits from The Roos Store go to MLIJFC to be used for equipment and costs associated with running community junior football.

  8. Where do the products come from?
    The supplier of most of our products is a C Results Print and Display in Malaga - a valued sponsor of the club. The ISC clothing range comes from Melbourne.

  9. Do you plan to expand the range on offer? 
    Yes. So keep an eye on our social media and website. Mother's Day and Father's Day gift specials and additions to the range will be introduced over the season.

  10. How can I help?
    By understanding that our volunteers are doing their best and that queries via email will not be answered if the information is covered above.
