ROOS STORE Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will my merchandise be available?
   Items in stock at the club can be bought over the counter during Roos Store opening times. New orders can take a few weeks as items are manufactured to order. All purchasers receive a notification from the club's volunteer merchandise manager when stock arrives. 

2. Where and when can I collect it?
   From The Roos Store, inside the clubrooms at Hamer Park, which is attended for an hour or so on selected training nights and game days. Keep an eye on social media and signage at the club for upcoming opening times.

3. Do you give refunds?
   Only in the unlikely event of a design fault.

4. What if I buy the wrong size?
   You can view samples at the club store. Exchanges might be possible if excess stock is available, but all tags and packing must be presented and an exchange will be at the discretion of the store volunteers. 

5. Who runs The Roos Store?
   The Roos Store was created in 2022 by members of the Committee and is run by a volunteer merchandise manager, who is a member of the Committee. 

6. Where do the profits go?
   There is very little mark-up on our items and 100 per cent of profits go to MLIJFC to be used for equipment and costs associated with running community junior football. 

7. Where do the products come from?
   Local suppliers where possible while the ISC clothing range comes from Melbourne.

8. How can I help?
   By understanding that our volunteers are doing their best and that queries via email will not be answered if the information is covered above. ​
